Return to Frog Skills and Drills Camps

Frog Lacrosse is excited to offer our Skills & Drills Camps for this summer! Our staff will be offering multiple camps in different parts of the state as we look to work with players from new areas and grow the game!

Location: Bunker Hill Park - Lakeville, MN

Our Skills and Drills Camps are focused on breaking down individual skill sets and building into team concepts throughout the three day timeframe. Our staff will introduce the latest trends in lacrosse while also reinforcing the importance of proper stick and footwork mechanics.

Throughout the three day event, the coaches will use a progressive practice plan so the players can learn and apply the skills learned throughout the day and the week. Each player will leave with a better appreciation of their position and apply it immediately to their game.
