Our new Dundas League will be geared towards development AND game play with instructive feedback from the Frog Lacrosse coaching staff. The boys will be put through a series of drills before each scrimmage and randomly placed on teams each week for game play.  The focal point of our league is to keep the tempo high, and the player's engaged. This is a great opportunity to learn something new from our staff, and have a great time!
