Frog Lacrosse will be hosting a girl lacrosse league at the Savage Dome this February and March! Laura and her staff will focus on the "Fusion Lacrosse" mode by having mini games that focus on different key aspects of the game. 

Fusion Training 

"Fusing multi-sport concepts, rules, and techniques, athletes will play a variety of FLG small area competitive games. From Evil Eye to Side by Side, games vary each week. Discover aspects of your game through fast-paced play, quick decision making, and multiple reps."

"Each session is 1 hour long. Games will be played on field turf, wear cleats. Games involved stick checking, bring all lacrosse equipment.
