We will plan 1 hour for the evaluation session. Here, girls can expect drills that emphasize their stick work, shooting, footwork, and work ethic. We are excited to have you join us!

Frog lacrosse is a club lacrosse program based in Eagan, MN. Frog Lacrosse decided to focus on character development in the pursuit of athleticism. Getting to know our thriving young athletes as individuals with unique strengths comes first, and lacrosse development second. As a staff and team, we believe each player is full of potential and has a special role to play on the team. Frog is focused on finding the perfect balance for student-athletes between academics, athletics, and school culture.

This is a year round program (September to July) which includes practices and tournaments! We also offer small group training and partner with Training Haus for sports performance training.
